The Bui Brothers - 1st newsletter - Workshop Info

First, we want to set an expectation for how often you will hear from us (via our newsletter, if you are not subscribed click here to subscribe). We know how busy you are and we know how much of a pain unwanted email is. In order to respect that, we only plan on sending either one or two emails per month and we’ll always keep them short. Basically if we don’t have something at least interesting to say, you won’t get an email just in the interest of reminding you we do in fact still exist and that yes, we are still really cool.

As many of you have probably seen, we have recently released the Boudoir Divas promo here as well as the beginning of what will encompass the Gabriel Ryan Photographers EPK (Electronic Press Kit) here and here. We’d actually like to hear from you… we’re trying to take the look, feel and possibilities of these promotional videos to another level, one you would only usually see in movies or on TV. So if there was no limit, what would you want in your video? For example, in case you need a quick creative jog… special effects like you floating over the wedding ceremony snapping aerial photos? Space ships? Black hole technology?

Be Seen.

Take a look at this quick video:

oh, by the way, this video will play right on your iPhone.

We believe in order for you to stand out you must be seen (um, duh). We have so much to say about this topic we cannot cover it in an email. Instead we want to invite you to a free workshop! We have taught video blogging, online video and Internet etiquette for 3 years now, starting when we were invited to speak at the Apple store in LA. It’s been a blast teaching and helping others learn, but we have not had time to do it for the last few months, which has left us with quite a few requests we’ve had to leave unfulfilled.

So… this will be our last free workshop… and we’re inviting you all to come. The workshop will be held in Orange County on Tuesday, December 16th, exact times to be announced. Space is very limited. Sign up here.

Again, if there was no limit, what would you want in your videos? Let’s discuss it below.

You guys make such amazing videos! I would love to participate and learn about integrating videos as part of my marketing campaign. I am kinda of a video junkie myself (well not really) and thanks to your recommendation, I purchased a Canon HV30 and I LOVE it!

    Thank you BUI Brothers!

You guys are awesome, as I’m sure you’ve heard.

Can you extend your awesomeness beyond SoCal? Is there a way to live-cast this workshop for your other brethren outside the zone? Something like Qik maybe?

Shootsac - Christmas Video

Here is the new Shootsac sale video! We have so much fun doing these videos for them.
During the shoot on the beach someone from New York came up to Jessica Claire and asked to take a picture of her. She gladly posed. I wonder what story that person will tell her friends when she shows [...]
